Public Disclosure Requests
The Washington State Public Stadium Authority responds to requests for public records under the provisions of the Washington State Public Disclosure Law (RCW 42.56). Please direct all Public Disclosure Requests in writing to Jody Todd, Public Records Officer, at psa@stadium.org.
Filing a Tort Claim
Individuals who feel they have been harmed or who have suffered a loss as a result of negligent actions by the Washington State Public Stadium Authority (PSA) can submit a tort claim to the PSA. The PSA Tort Claim form is for use only if you believe that you were harmed by the PSA, its officers or employees.
DO NOT USE THIS FORM if you were harmed by another entity (for example: Lumen Field and Event Center’s Operator First & Goal Inc., the United States Government, State of Washington, King County, City of Seattle, or a private citizen). You must file your claim against the other entity or entities.
Documents will not be returned. Please keep copies of everything you submit. Please note that the Tort Claim form is subject to public disclosure pursuant to RCW 42.56.
